Kalshi drew 15.4 million visits from the United States in July, a rise of roughly 1,520% from just under one million in August 2025, according to Similarweb traffic estimates reviewed by CoinTelegraph.

Monthly notional trading volume reached approximately $40 billion in August, up from $874 million a year earlier. Sports contracts accounted for 83% of that volume in July, per Barron's. Across the prediction-market industry, monthly notional volume reached $50.7 billion, with Kalshi holding close to 79% of that total.

US traffic represented nearly 80% of Kalshi's visits in July, up from 72.8% in August 2025. Canada produced roughly 450,000 visits in July, up from approximately 50,000 a year earlier. The UK contributed 296,000, up from 31,000. Both countries are jurisdictions where Kalshi's member agreement currently bars direct platform access.

The growth figures arrive as New Jersey has asked the US Supreme Court to rule on whether Kalshi's sports contracts fall under federal jurisdiction or state gambling law. Michigan has issued a permanent injunction against the platform and set daily fines of $500,000 for non-compliance.
