Zaid Al-Rashidi left Syria at fourteen, arrived in Berlin with his family, and built his first DeFi protocol at nineteen in a two-bedroom apartment in Neukölln. He sold it to Coinbase at twenty-six for eight figures. He joined Gambity because prediction markets are, in his words, "the only honest market I have found since leaving Damascus." He applies information theory and mechanism design to prediction markets — the same discipline he used to build DeFi liquidity infrastructure, now aimed at probability signals. His pieces build patiently to a conclusion, and end with a capital allocation framework: not what he would bet, but how he would weight it, and what would change that weight.

Capital allocation framework — weighted probability with explicit change conditions.
