Random Systems Georgia confirmed this week that the country's International iGaming Licence regime has exited its pilot phase and will now accept operators at scale, with the first licensees preparing to go live under a framework that launched in July 2026.
The regime offers a five-year licence, Georgian corporate banking access, and gambling-coded MCC 7995 payment processing. Operators pay a 5% gross gaming revenue tax and a 1% regulatory monitoring fee. Reinvested profits carry no corporate tax liability. Onboarding is fully remote, with no physical office requirement.
Parliament has approved permits covering online casino games, slots, and sports betting for international customers. Georgian citizens are excluded from participating. The Georgia International Strategic Group has been promoting the framework to operators in Western markets, Asia, the CIS, and Central Asia since September.
Tbilisi already hosts operations for Evolution Gaming, Flutter, Entain, Betsson, and others, giving the regime an existing technology base to build on. RSG says banks are onboarding operators and that the regulator is processing applications within days.
